DynaVision Defect Inline Inspection System leverages the principles of machine vision to perform real-time inspection of surface defects on continuously moving roll, strip, or sheet materials. It accurately classifies and evaluates defects based on various image features such as size, shape, and grayscale value, providing detailed information on defect location, size, and severity.

The system integrates a new generation of high-resolution CCD line-scan smart cameras, paired with long-life LED light source modules. Utilizing advanced machine vision technology, it is capable of inline inspection of surface defects on various types of films, delivering precise product quality information. Its modular design allows for customizable configurations tailored to the material width, production speed, and defect size of the inspected products.
